This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under, as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and user agreement for access or usage of www.tas10.com.

COMPANY INFORMATION

This page sets forth the Terms and Conditions under which (i) Owner i.e. Total Asset Solution 10 Limited provides the information on this Website, as well as the terms and conditions governing your use of this site; and (ii) the terms and conditions for use of our Services.

USER REGISTRATION

Customer hereby agrees to use the Services of TAS10 only in an authorized manner as per the terms of this Agreement. In case it is found that Customer's use of Services violates the terms of this Agreement or any other law, rule or regulation enacted by the concerned authorities from time to time, TAS10 reserves the right to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect.

FREE TRIAL

If a Customer registers for a free trial of the Services, TAS10 will make the Services available on a trial basis and free of charge to the Customer until the earlier of

  • The end of the free trial period or the start date of Customer's subscription

  • If TAS10 includes additional terms and conditions on the trial registration Web page, those will apply as well. During the free trial period,

  • The Services are provided "as is" and without a warranty of any kind.

  • TAS10 may suspend, limit, or terminate the Services for any reason at any time without notice.

  • TAS10 will not be liable toward Customer for damages of any kind related to Customer's use of the Services. Unless Customer subscribes to the Services before the end of the free trial, all of Customer's data on the Service may be permanently deleted at the end of the trial and TAS10 may not be able to recover it.

GENERAL TERMS

No Third-Party Beneficiaries or Rights: These Terms and Conditions do not create any private right of action on the part of any third party or any reasonable expectation that the Website or Services will not contain any content that is prohibited by these Terms.

Complaints:In the event you have any complaint(s) pertaining to our services provided through this Website, please feel free to email us at [[email protected]] and kindly provide your name, email address, physical address and contact numbers so that we may be in a position to verify details or check the authenticity of the complaints.

Assignment: You may not assign or otherwise transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions. We may assign our rights and duties under these Terms and Conditions without any such assignment being considered a change to the Term of Use and without any notice to you.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Website or to services through Website shall be submitted to arbitration in Mumbai, India, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate this Website’s intellectual property rights, Company may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in India or internationally, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. The Arbitration under this agreement shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The Award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. We reserve the right to make changes to our App, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition
